Your pay explained – £15–£18 (Opportunity to Earn) isbased on a competitive rate per parcel (piece-rate) and isregularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed! Your hourlyearnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we boost yourincome in line with an experienced courier to ensure you earn atleast the daily earnings from your delivery unit and help you getyour feet off the ground.
