This contractor delivers a diverse mix of new‑build and refurbishment projects and is looking to strengthen their in‑house design and technical capability as they continue to secure new schemes for 2026 and beyond. They operate across a wide range of sectors, including: Education - schools, colleges, and specialist learning environments Healthcare - hospitals, treatment centres, and community health buildings Commercial - offices and industrial units Government & Public Sector - secure and compliance‑critical buildings About the Role This is a pivotal role within a multi‑disciplinary, contractor‑led environment. You'll be heavily involved in design development, technical coordination, and pre‑construction planning, ensuring that design intent aligns seamlessly with construction requirements.The position would suit an Architect who enjoys close collaboration with project managers, site teams, supply chain partners, and external consultants, and who thrives in a fast‑paced environment where buildability, technical clarity, and problem‑solving are key.You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of detailed design packages, influence project delivery strategies, and support the successful execution of high‑quality schemes across the region.
