A welcoming and well-established mainstream primary school in Wandsworth is seeking a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis through Reeson Education.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-structured EYFS setting, supporting pupils at a crucial stage of their development. The school has a strong Early Years provision, with clear routines, engaging learning environments, and a collaborative team approach.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team, supporting pupils across the classroom through both structured activities and play-based learning.

The Role Will Involve:
Supporting pupils in Reception with learning through play and structured activities
Assisting with early phonics, communication, and language development
Helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment
Supporting pupils' social and emotional development
Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and progress
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with EYFS children (essential)
Demonstrate a nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
Be confident supporting early development, phonics, and play-based learning
Work effectively as part of a team
Have a clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection proceduresThis role would suit someone looking to develop their experience within Early Years or secure a long-term position within a supportive and well-run school.
