This role is all about making sure our certified management systems are not only maintained, but understood, embedded and used to drive real improvement across our supply chain. Youll be the go-to person for all things compliance, working across teams to translate standards into practical ways of working. Youll guide, train and influence others to see the value in doing things well and help us stay ahead of customer expectations, audit requirements and internal KPIs. What youll be doing Own and maintain our certified management systems across ISO9001, BRCGS, Smeta/ETI base code, FSC, ISO14001 and H&S. Make sure customer and licensor requirements are clearly understood and built into how we work. Plan and manage external audits across our supply chain sites, ensuring successful outcomes and ongoing compliance. Use internal audits and system outputs to check compliance and drive continual improvement. Work with senior leaders to advise on compliance and quality matters. Train and support colleagues across the business to embed agreed processes and manage non-conformance effectively. Collaborate with third-party audit bodies and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. What youll bring Degree-level education or formal qualifications in quality management systems (ISO9001) essential Internal auditor qualification to ISO9001 essential Experience with BRCGS consumer products and ethical audits (Smeta/ETI base code) essential Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments desirable Strong organisational skills, tenacity and a drive to see things through essential Excellent communication and training skills essential Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence others essential Your style Youre detail-oriented but people-focused able to win hearts and minds, not just pass audits.
