Key Responsibilities Deliver structural designs for refurbishment and conservation projects across the North. Undertake structural analysis, design calculations, and the preparation of technical reports. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide support and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians. Contribute to project scoping, proposals, and schedules. Ensure compliance with design codes, standards, and company procedures. Promote innovation and sustainable design practices within the team. Requirements Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng). Chartered or working towards Chartered status (IStructE/ICE). 4 years’ experience in structural engineering with a strong technical background. Previous experience in refurbishment, conservation, or heritage projects is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and build client relationships. Commercial awareness and the ability to manage deadlines and budgets. Enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting junior team members. Why Join?
