What is your role?
Your key responsibilities:
* You will translate business requirements and concepts into functional user stories.
* Creating and implementing test scripts according to these user stories is part of your job.
* You will plan and guide implementation of new functionalities and software releases, with a focus on helping the business in their daily work and optimizing workflows for efficiency.
* Documentation of (new) functionalities and knowledge transfer to support and maintenance teams are key.
* You will provide third-line functional support for users.
* You will participate in international projects related to the order management system and processes.
* Operating within Agile SCRUM Methodologies and using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for collaboration.
Your team
You will join the Ordermanagement & Procurement team (13 members), responsible for applications like DOM (Distributed Order Management), OMS, Oracle (Strategic) Procurement, and Slim4. Your focus will be on DOM and OMS.
Who are you?

* Bachelor’s degree in IT or related studies.
* Experience with application implementation, maintenance, and third-line support.
* Ability to work on projects and lead them.
* Team-oriented & collaborative, contributing to shared goals and supporting others.
* Ownership & independence, taking initiative and proactively addressing challenges.
* Business-driven mindset, understanding the "why" behind data to design impactful solutions.
* Effective communication skills in English, adapting to technical or business audiences.
