The Role
* Work directly with the MD – high exposure, real ownership
* Lead and support across all RIBA stages
* Deliver a broad mix of residential projects (extensions → multi-unit schemes)
* Client-facing, hands-on, and involved in the full project lifecycle
About You
* Architect or strong Part II
* Proven UK residential experience
* Confident running projects & dealing with clients
