We are seeking a compassionate and Skilled Support Workers to join our team at a 20-bedded dementia residential home. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during the night. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for dementia care, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be Doing
* Provide care and support to residents
* Monitor residents' well-being and respond to their needs
* Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
* Ensure a safe and calm environment throughout the night
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care
What You’ll Need
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
* Understanding of Dementia Care Practices
* Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
* Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
