Whether you are an experienced Senior Support Worker or Senior Healthcare Assistant, we provide the training and support to help you excel in your role. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting both residents and your colleagues. Working closely with the Team Leader, you'll demonstrate a positive approach to care and guide colleagues so everyone delivers consistent, person‑centred support. Every day, you'll make a real difference, helping residents enjoy comfort, dignity and moments of joy, while fostering a confident, supported team.

Qualifications & Skills

* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care, with hands‑on experience in applying knowledge
* Genuine care and empathy, noticing the little things that make a real difference to each resident
* Confidence to guide and support colleagues, helping the team deliver consistently excellent care
* Calm, clear communication that builds trust with residents, families and the team
* Positive, flexible attitude, ready to step in and help wherever it's needed
* Strong attention to detail, spotting changes and taking timely action to ensure residents' comfort and wellbeing
