Training will include experience across a range of departments to develop a broader understanding of business operations, while contributing to engaging, challenging projects. \nWhat Weâre Looking For \nWe are looking for individuals who display: \nâ¢\tA strong interest in construction and civil engineering\nâ¢\tA strong ability to work effectively as a team \nâ¢\tA positive attitude and willingness to learn \nâ¢\tA clear and professional communication style\nâ¢\tA proactive approach to problem solving\nEssential Requirements \nUniversity entry requirements:\nâ¢\tYear 2 entry requirements: Built Environment related HNC with a minimum B in the graded unit. \nâ¢\tYear 3 entry requirements: HND Construction Management with a minimum C grade in Year 1 and minimum B grade in Year 2. \nMust have a valid driving licence by the commencement of employment. \n
