* Regularly assess and refine systems to ensure all plant and machinery operate efficiently. Uphold current Health & Safety legislation in all work practices.
* You should proactively seek improvements by following existing procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organised workshop and work environment.
* Facilitate the provision of services for new machinery installations.
* Develop and consistently follow routine maintenance schedules.
* Guarantee the availability of necessary spare parts for replacements.
* Verify that the level of operational coverage meets the factory's demands.
* Support the maintenance team as needed.
* Assist in all PPM
* Keep the Shire System updated, including the allocation of labour and parts. Monitor and control downtime.
Shift Pattern; 4 on 4 off – days / nights 6.00am – 18:00pm & 18:00pm – 06:00am
