We’re supporting a major global healthcare services group in the search for a Head of Pricing Analytics/Pricing Analytics Lead (dependent on experience) — a pivotal role shaping their worldwide pricing strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded analytics leader to build a global pricing analytics capability from the ground up, with real scope to influence strategy and grow a team.
The Opportunity
As the Pricing Analytics Lead, you will:
* Own and shape the global pricing analytics agenda
* Build sophisticated pricing models and tools (Python essential)
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable pricing insights
* Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, ops, and data
* Drive revenue optimisation across multiple countries
* Grow and lead a high-performing analytics team as the function scales
What You’ll Bring
* Strong hands-on Python skills
* Experience in pricing analytics, revenue management, or commercial strategy
* Ability to communicate insights simply and influence senior leaders
* Strong analytical toolkit — modelling, forecasting, pricing analysis
* Bonus: multisite/healthcare/retail/services experience; BI/SQL skills; team leadership
