Job Description
As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
3. Providing administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedule, coordinating meetings and preparing correspondence
4. Plan and organise corporate events, board meetings, and conferences
5. Organise executive teams travel arrangements
6. Arrange and coordinate meetings
7. Organise and manage sensitive information
8. Create and format professional presentations
The Successful Applicant
The successful Personal Assistant will:
9. Have previous and proven Personal Assistant experience
10. Be proactive
11. Able to work independently
