Rural Chartered Surveyor - Estate Management Specialist

Our client, a leading global real estate services provider, is seeking a skilled Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their dynamic Rural Estate Management Team in Lincoln. Position Overview
The Rural Chartered Surveyor will play a key role in providing comprehensive estate management and professional consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including private estates, institutions, public sector organisations, and corporate entities across the East Midlands region and beyond.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional estate management and professional consultancy services
* Manage property portfolios, including lease renewals and negotiations
* Prepare detailed management reports for clients
* Handle residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews
* Maintain accurate records and terrier for managed estates
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure property compliance
* Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to build relationships
* Assist with departmental administration, meetings, and marketing tasks
* Work effectively with other disciplines within the office
Requirements
* MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification advantageous but not essential
* Up to 5 years of post-qualification experience in rural surveying
* Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and networking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes
* Eligibility to work in the UK
