Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.

* Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
* Organise training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
