Overview

Customer Services Advisor

Age 21+ £12.41 per hour. Under 21 £10.20 per hour.

Love all things motoring and cycling? Great with customers? Your knack with customers and boundless enthusiasm for cars and bikes is what will lead you to success in this role. We provide training to help you build the skills needed to deliver market-leading standards of service.


Responsibilities

* Work with customers’ vehicles in our car park and bikes in-store, delivering a wide range of fitting services (car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing).
* Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
* Contribute to a customer-focused sales environment, with opportunities to tailor your approach to individual customers.

Qualifications

* Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
* Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
* Problem-solving skills
* Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends


Desirable

* Knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair
* Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
