Recruitment Marketing Graduate
Salary: £25,000 per annum. Location: Hybrid and West / North Yorkshire. Full Time, Permanent.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns
* Gather market insights and contribute to campaign development
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign performance
* Participate in market research and competitor analysis
* Help manage brand messaging, customer feedback, and client communication
* Track results and suggest improvements based on performance data
* Continuously develop professional knowledge to keep up to date with market trends and education
Qualifications & Expectations
* Recent graduates (marketing, business, communications, or similar fields preferred)
* Experience or interest in Recruitment
* Willingness to use your degree to make a difference in education

About the Trust
Wellspring Academy Trust was established in 2013. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant community of 33 schools. Our schools are unique and united in aim – to make a difference. We are a mixed community of mainstream Secondary and Primary, Special, and Alternative Provision schools. We operate in eight local authority areas, spanning South, West and North Yorkshire, Humberside and Lincolnshire.
