We’re now looking for a talented and driven Bid Writer to join our team and play a key role in securing new contracts and supporting our ambitious growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and research upcoming tender opportunities across public and private sectors.Manage the end-to-end bid process: from opportunity tracking and qualification, to bid writing, submission and post-bid follow-up.Write compelling, tailored, and fully compliant responses that clearly address specification requirements.Collaborate with operational, HR, finance and leadership teams to gather information and develop winning solutions.Maintain a library of bid content, case studies, evidence and KPIs to support efficient and high-quality submissions.Track deadlines, manage multiple tenders simultaneously, and ensure submissions are completed to a high standard and on time.About YouStrong experience in bid writing, preferably within facilities management, cleaning, or security sectors.Excellent written communication and attention to detail.Confident managing deadlines, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of the bid process.Commercially aware, with a focus on quality and compliance.Highly organised and motivated by winning.Why Join UsCompetitive salary of £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience.Opportunity to shape and grow the company’s bid function.Supportive and ambitious leadership team.Hybrid working flexibility (based out of our Bridgend HQ).Potential for performance-based bonuses linked to tender success.
