About us
Here at Hothouse Beauty, we're home to some of the UK's most exciting beauty brands. Our portfolio includes St. Moriz, the award-winning self-tan and SPF brand loved by beauty enthusiasts and professionals alike, and Crazy Kids, our fun and colourful bathing range designed especially for little ones.
We're passionate about creating high-quality, innovative products that make beauty enjoyable, accessible, and effective. As our brand presence continues to grow across retail and international markets, we're looking for a talented Senior National Account Manager to join our team and help drive our success further.
About the role
As Senior National Account Manager, you will manage and grow key retail accounts across the UK and selected international markets, as well as relationships with distributors. You will play a key role in driving the company's growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to commercial initiatives.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, operations, finance, and product teams, you'll ensure accounts are supported with the right products, promotions, and stock levels to meet commercial targets. You will also provide market intelligence, analyse performance, support pricing strategies, and negotiate trading terms to maximise profitability.
This role involves attending both UK and international meetings, trade fairs, and partner negotiations, and requires excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple teams and time zones. You will act as a key point of contact for your accounts and internal stakeholders.
About you
You will have proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager, ideally within beauty, health, or FMCG, with both UK and international exposure desirable. You will have a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering sales growth while building long-term relationships with major retail customers and distributors.
Strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions are essential. You will be confident working independently on complex projects and enjoy collaborating across teams to drive success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a proactive, results-driven attitude and adaptability to different cultures and business environments. A second language is desirable but not essential.
We are passionate about our people and proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
