Role: Year 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Southport
Salary: £425-£450 per week
Working Days: Monday-Friday (8.45am-3.15pm)
Connex Education is working in partnership with an excellent primary school in Southport who are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to cover until the end of academic school year.
About the School:
Connex Education has a long-standing tradition supplying teaching assistants to this school. The school is ideally located in Ainsdale for staff travelling from anywhere around Sefton.
About the role:
The school is looking for an adaptable, patient and proactive teaching assistant to support a child on a 1:1 basis in Year 3. Experience supporting children with special educational needs is essential for this role.

Qualifications and requirements:
* Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable.
* Experience supporting children with SEN is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt to different learning needs.
* It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or are willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
