Operations Director Role
This is a senior leadership position that oversees the day-to-day performance and long-term development of warehouse and customer service functions.
The Operations Director will be responsible for directing the Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager, supporting their development and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight and execution of the overall operations strategy, aligned with business goals
* Direct leadership of operational teams, including warehouse and customer service
* Warehouse operations oversight, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
* Customer service excellence championed through high responsiveness and effective issue resolution
* Establishment of clear KPIs across operational teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement
* Analyzing operational performance and implementing improvements in efficiency, systems, and processes
* Fostering collaboration between departments for seamless service delivery
* Maintenance and improvement of health & safety standards across operational areas
* Leadership of operational projects, including system upgrades and process redesigns
