Are you an experienced Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge for September 2025?I am currently recruiting for a school in Wilmslow, Cheshire that are looking highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant. I am looking for someone who is passionate about learning and can effective communicator, flexible, reliable, creative, hardworking and who enjoying working with an experienced teamAs a Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding member of staff, so we expect the following;* Have experience working within Primary Schools* Be confident with the Key Stage 1 & 2 curriculum * Hold a minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification* Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils* Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals under the teachers planning provided* Have the ability to think on your feet* High expectations of learning and behaviour* Hold DBS on the update serviceWe also offer a referral bonus of up to £250 for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are recruiting for.This is an excellent opportunity to work at some of the best schools in your local area.
