Hamptons are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join the Winchester team.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:
1. Meeting and registering new applicants
2. Organising & carrying out viewings
3. Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants, noting all correspondence and communications
4. Achieving all daily and weekly targets
5. Arranging, organising, and conducting all viewings in line with the clients' instructions
6. Negotiating where instructed any offers received
7. Having an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace to gain an advantage over competitors
8. Working closely with the manager to identify and maximise new business opportunities
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Full and clean driving licence
4. Previous experience in a negotiator role or sales environment, with an estate agent or in the property sector, is an advantage but not essential
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
