A Visual Designer will craft brand-focused digital and visual experiences across Amazons owned properties, devices, and external platforms. The role involves developing visual campaign concepts, assets, and exceptional UX/UI web experiences for world‑leading advertisers.
Key job responsibilities
* Design creative executions across Amazon-owned devices, brand placements, and ad formats, maintaining high productivity, quality standards, and turnaround targets.
* Create innovative UX/UI designs for web using industry-standard tools, including Figma and Webflow.
* Develop and optimise visual assets for advertisers’ campaigns across Amazons platforms—web, mobile, large screen, and emerging devices.
* Own the design and visual storytelling of high-impact presentations.
* Design customer‑centred campaigns across Amazons platforms.
* Lead campaign executions in close collaboration with EU and US design teams.
* Ensure quality control in partnership with marketing stakeholders, design peers, and quality specialists.
* Follow creative direction with precision while actively contributing to pushing the creative envelope—always with the customer at the centre.
* Serve as a subject‑matter expert in one or more design disciplines, supporting teams, solving creative challenges, and mentoring emerging designers.
* Apply analytical and strategic thinking to design decisions.
* Manage multiple partners and stakeholders effectively, communicating with clarity to drive projects and campaigns forward.

* Execute best‑in‑class brand experiences across the Amazon canvas.
* Design and develop interactive customer experiences across web, app, and emerging touchpoints, optimised for mobile, desktop, and large‑screen environments.
* Develop high‑quality visual assets that bring advertiser campaigns to life across Amazons ecosystem.
* Create compelling pitch decks, mock‑ups, and interactive prototypes.
* Partner closely with internal and external collaborators to present, review, and evolve creative work.
* Lead campaign executions end‑to‑end in collaboration with the wider EU creative team.
* Work alongside Art and Creative Directors to explore and elevate design craft.

The Brand Innovation Lab is Amazons internal team dedicated to creating one‑of‑a‑kind campaigns and activations for global advertisers—from Universal and LEGO to automotive, hospitality, and beyond.
Leveraging the full Amazon canvas—custom landing pages, Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video, and more—we build campaigns that reach millions of customers across digital channels and in the real world.
The Non‑Endemic pod works specifically with brands that do not sell directly on Amazon (except for Toys and Video Games), spanning entertainment, travel, quick‑service restaurants, automotive, insurance, telecoms, and more.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in digital design, brand, or advertising environments.
* Proficiency in design tools (Adobe CC, Figma) and digital production workflows.
* Demonstrated ability to execute creative projects from concept through delivery.
* Strong communication skills—able to present work clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
* Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong visual craft—translates ideas into compelling digital experiences across formats and platforms.
* Hands‑on in Webflow and GenAI—prototypes, builds, and iterates efficiently using emerging technologies.
* Motion design and art direction—directs video, animation, and interactive work in close collaboration with editors, designers, and developers.
* Grounded in digital advertising, brand, and technology—connects creative ideas to marketing objectives and customer behaviour; working knowledge of Amazon Ads and programme‑matic ecosystems.
* Cross‑functional and cross‑timezone collaborator—partners effectively with strategists, designers, technologists, and producers from concept through delivery.
