Salary: Band 4, £29,094 - £32,591per annum (pro-rate for part time hours)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid Working - Office & Home
What will my role be a Creative Engagement Coordinator - Health & Wellbeing ?
The purpose of the role is to work with the Touchstones Team on a Museums Association funded health and wellbeing programme titled Blissful Bumps. This includes leading on the coordination, delivery and facilitation of a programme of creative sessions with artists, conducting consultation and evaluation activities with local communities and partners and ensuring key milestones are met on time and to schedule, devising and delivering high quality cultural provision for those facing health inequalities and developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners within the voluntary and community sector alongside working with NHS and Rochdale Borough Council.
What do I need to have?
* Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent in a culture, health or community field or qualified by experience
* Experience of facilitating community sessions and / or consultation to develop an understanding of local need
* Experience of leading and running or supporting the delivery of community events and activities
* Experience of working collaboratively and in a busy team
* Familiar with guidelines for risk assessments, health and safety and safeguarding for vulnerable adults and children
* A passion for the local community and for making art, culture and creativity accessible for everyone
* An understanding of leading and working on creative projects with communities
* Excellent diplomacy skills when interacting with communities, stakeholders, and partners
* Creative, imaginative and motivated to share and develop new skills and a willingness to learn new facilitation techniques
* Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt the approach for different audiences
* Excellent time management skills
