Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations, coupled with excellent communication skills. This role involves assisting clients in navigating the complexities of immigration applications and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The Immigration Consultant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Guide clients through the immigration process, providing expert advice on visa options and requirements.
* Prepare and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation accurately and timely.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
* Utilise HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for data entry and record management.
* Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
* Assist in social media management to promote services and engage with potential clients.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve client experience.
* Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing files.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £17,243.70-£54,792.97 per year
Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Bradford, BD17 7TD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
