Financial Services Administrator Location: Market Harborough or Birmingham (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time (with an early Friday finish!) Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our Client Relationship team. You will ensure all administration for life, pensions and investments submitted business is effectively managed to completion/issue in a timely manner, and that all service levels are met. You will work from either our Market Harborough or Birmingham office, but with the ability to work from home, and will have full IFA experience in order to hit the ground running following initial process training Why Join Radiant? Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner Experience Proven experience in an IFA Financial Services Administration Role Skills / Personal Attributes Proficient IT skills, basic spread sheet and database knowledge.
