SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday and Weekends, 40/ 25/ 8 hours per week available

We are currently seeking diligent and motivated Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards in a variety of client locations. Your role is vital in ensuring safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
* Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, restocking consumables as necessary.
* Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycle materials where appropriate.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or supply needs.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
* Communicate effectively with the site management and team members.
Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience desirable but not mandatory; comprehensive training provided.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good attention to detail and time management skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours including possible early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning chemicals is an advantage.
