Deputy Home Manager – Children and Young People
Location: Whitchurch
Salary: £31,332 rising to £33,549 per annum (£15.45 - £16.55 per hour) plus additional sleep‑in payments. Working long days shifts plus some sleep in.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.
Keys Group is opening a new 2‑bed therapeutic service for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will be part of an amazing team in a newly refurbished, modern home, supporting young people to reach their full potential.
As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, part of a region of children’s homes backed by a growing national organisation, where you will be actively encouraged to bring your own unique skills and have the opportunity to influence change.
You will be supported to gain level 5 qualifications and develop into future leaders, possibly stepping up to manage the home when needed.

Requirements
* 2 years’ experience working within a Residential Children’s home either as a Senior or at Deputy level.
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Experience with budgets and rotas.
* A full UK driving licence.
