Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Manager and Principal.
* Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Manage confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
* Act as a liaison between the Business Manager, Principal, and internal/external stakeholders.
* Assist in organising events, conferences, and other activities as required.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
* Support ad hoc projects and tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA to Business Manager and Principal should have:
* Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience in the Not For Profit sector is desirable but not mandatory.
* A professional and positive attitude, with a focus on collaboration.
