No previous experience is needed to become an NHS 111- Customer Service Advisor.
Experience within a Customer Service role is essential, you will need basic computer skills and a great telephone manner.
Full training will be provided over a 10 week period.
* You will be the first point of contact for the general public calling NHS 111.
* You will deliver high quality, safe and clinically effective health care support over the telephone.
* The services are open 24/7.
* You will work as part of a team covering Day shifts, Night shifts, Early shifts including some weekends.
* You will have to be fully flexible to work a mixture of different shifts.
