Wilsons Auctions Glasgow Branch is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Viewer to support our Land and Property Scotland Team. This role involves inspecting properties, ensuring accurate reporting, and facilitating viewings for potential buyers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of working independently across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property and land visits to gather internal dimensions, marketing-quality photographs, and confirm boundary accuracy.
Collect and return keys from local estate agents for valuation or auction purposes.
Provide property access to interested parties and explain the auction process, including Legal Pack availability and bidder registration.
Perform weekly inspections in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure properties remain secure.
Report on property conditions, including issues such as damp, damage, or boundary disputes.
Requirements:
Ability to attend properties at short notice.
Familiarity with regional nuances, particularly within Scotland.
Competence in dynamic risk assessments during property visits.
Skilled in using SLR or digital cameras and managing image storage.
Experience handling sensitive or contentious situations with professionalism.
Clear, polite communication style and understanding of auction sales processes.
Clean Valid Driving Licence
Minimum working hours - 5 per week.
A company vehicle will be made available for business-related travel during working hours.
