The Opportunity:
This leading Tech-For-Good provider are on trajectory to double their client base, and this has prompted the need for an Account Manager to join the team!
Look after a manageable portfolio of clients, support them with their campaign activity and ensure they are seeing value from the partnership.
This is not a commercial role, you do not need to be a salesperson at all. We want someone able to manage clients proactively, but effectively respond to the challenges that come with the territory.
It’s a small business so no day will be the same!
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a B2B (Business to Business) client facing role where you are the client contact.
2. Any experience working in or with charities and/or fundraising is heavily desirable.
3. A fantastic customer demeanour! Upbeat, engaging and ready to excel client expectations at every opportunity.
4. Strong Office skills, particularly excel. Data interrogation, insight sharing and reporting are a big part of this role.
5. A team player and someone that flourishes around others. This is an office role with a small team so we want everyone to connect!
