Overview
TipTopJob is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Executive in Greater London, United Kingdom. This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on building a world-class people strategy for a high growth hospitality group with multiple new sites and ambitious expansion plans. The role reports to the Head of People and Culture.
Salary: GBP 35,000 - GBP 40,000 (depending on experience; up to GBP 45,000 for the right candidate). Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home (flexibility during the office transition).
Progression: Clear path to Talent Acquisition Manager as the brand grows.
Responsibilities
* Manage high volume recruitment across multiple sites and roles.
* Build and refine recruitment tools, SOPs, and best practices.
* Partner with site leaders to improve their hiring capability.
* Support growth through effective pipeline building and onboarding.
* Deliver consistently strong talent across operational teams.
What They Are Looking For
* 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a value-led brand.
* Experience with volume recruitment and working at pace.
* Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident operating independently, without day-to-day oversight.
* Ideally experience in high growth hospitality brands.
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, energetic culture.
Environment
