Role Summary
As Customer Service Administrator, you will join a small, busy service team. The role is full-time and permanent, based on site in Buckingham. The salary is between £24,500 and £26,000.
Purpose of the role: Supporting the service team by providing high levels of customer service, maintaining the database and handling administration.
Key Accountabilities
* Be first point of contact for customers
* Provide high levels of customer care over the phone and via email
* Liaise with customers, resolving queries quickly and efficiently
* Generate system-based quotes and invoices
* Support with coordinating service administration
* Contact customers to confirm proposed dates and obtain order numbers for scheduled work
* Maintain database of all customer records
Skills and Experience
* Methodical approach to managing a busy workload
* Administration experience within an office environment
* Solid IT skills including MS Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised approach to work, able to manage multiple tasks
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Adaptable in a changing environment
