Role Overview
We’re seeking passionate 360° IT Software Technical Recruiters & Researchers (Volunteer) to help shape our new AI Recruitment & Resourcing division (BU3). This role is ideal for those eager to learn about full-cycle recruitment, AI-driven sourcing, and HR tech innovation within a real startup environment.
Opportunity to learn, how to :
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for AI, software, and technical roles.
* Conduct market and company research across AI and IT industries to identify potential hiring or partnership opportunities.
* Reach out to tech and software companies to explore whether they require recruitment or project-based technical resourcing support from AariyaTech UK Limited.
* Research and document how tech resourcing firms structure their pricing models including direct hire fees (permanent placements) and contract-based billing (hourly, daily, or project-based models).
* Collaborate with the Founder to build a pricing and process framework for AariyaTech UK’s recruitment and resourcing services.
* Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo.io and job boards to identify prospects and trends.
* Contribute insights to improve our Job Search Optimiser (JSO) - ATS.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
* Have an interest in tech recruitment, HR, or AI talent acquisition.
* Are familiar with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, etc.).
* Have strong market-research, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Are eager to gain startup recruitment experience in an AI-driven firm.
