Your new roleYou'll drive all sourcing activity, strengthen supplier relationships, and secure a resilient supply chain. You'll negotiate critical agreements, manage supplier performance, and deliver real commercial value across direct spend. Regular supplier visits and cross-functional collaboration sit at the heart of this role.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead sourcing, negotiations and supplier selection
* Assess, develop and rationalise the supplier base
* Drive cost-down initiatives and supply chain optimisation
* Manage supplier performance, compliance and site assessments
* Support stock planning, quality investigations and audits
* Deliver procurement reporting and insights for leadership
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven procurement experience in manufacturing
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to influence, challenge and drive improvement
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
