Team Supervisor – Tiverton, Devon (EX16 6SW) - Plumb Centre

As a Team Supervisor based in our Tiverton Branch you’ll be responsible for:
1. Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within the branch.
2. Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
3. Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales.
4. General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders - this will involve manual handling heavy items boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets.
5. Proactively contacting dormant or lapsed customers to rebuild relationships and identifying opportunities to win back business to grow sales.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between –

6. A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential
7. Previous experience in the plumbing or building trade industry is preferable
8. Prior supervisory or team leader experience
9. A strong sales mindset with the ability to spot opportunities, upsell products and drive growth.
10. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for building lasting client relationships
11. A proactive, hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
