The Strategic Reward business is part of PwC's rapidly growing Workforce practice.
We are currently looking for new members of the team to help advise clients on a broad range of reward and executive compensation matters. It's an exciting time to be part of our business as Workforce related challenges are some of the biggest issues faced by employers. Coupled with this, an increased focus on executive pay by external stakeholders and increased pay governance generally, means our clients need our help.
Our work covers broad aspects of reward and can include:
1. Working closely with clients offering end-to-end practical solutions from reward design through to implementation
2. Reviewing company executive compensation disclosure, governance and reporting against the relevant requirements to support with compliance
3. Drafting of papers to help companies in designing and implementing their executive remuneration strategy and incentive plans.
