Graduate Technical Business Analyst (French speaking)
A leading SaaS company in the insurance sector is looking for talented French-speaking graduates to join as Technical Business Analysts. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for STEM graduates with French language skills to start their careers in business analysis. You will work in one of five teams focusing on system development, web solutions, or insurance product implementations to enhance customer experience. The role is based in Central London with a hybrid working model (2 days a week in the office) after probation.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Create and implement new software updates
2. Assist customers and advise on platform configuration to meet their needs
3. Monitor user needs and feedback to develop detailed specifications and build new system implementations
4. Support the sales team with client proposals and solution presentations
About you:
The ideal candidate is a recent STEM graduate fluent in English and French, with excellent problem-solving skills. You should be a strong communicator, logical thinker, technically capable, and customer service-oriented.
