Pay rate to £45.38 per hour
Contract role, Local Government Housing
We are recruiting for an experienced Housing Needs Operational Manager in North London
Responsibilities include
1. Support residents in navigating housing options and managing their situations independently.
2. Develop and share self-help tools across council platforms.
3. Provide accurate housing advice via interviews, calls, outreach, and home visits.
4. Ensure compliance with statutory duties under housing and care legislation.
5. Oversee and review Personalised Housing Plans to prevent or relieve homelessness.
Key Qualities
6. In-depth knowledge of housing services, policy, legislation, and equality issues.
7. Awareness of housing challenges at national, regional, and local levels.
8. Proven leadership experience in housing services and managing change.
This is a contract role and you will need to have experience in a similar role.
