Salary: £25,000.00 annually
Location: Pheonix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park SA7 9HZ
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
* Manage diaries and schedule appointments to ensure smooth project coordination
* Create detailed scopes of work for installers to support efficient execution
* Plan and coordinate logistics to keep projects on track and on time
* Maintain strong organisational systems and workflows across the department
* Communicate confidently with installers to relay project requirements and updates
Required Skill Set
* A people person with great communication skills
* Confident in using several systems databases at the same time
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Problem-solver who stays cool under pressure
* Experience in admin/coordination role (bonus!)
