Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK in their field. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Birmingham branch on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave.
Job Purpose: To guarantee their customers an excellent level of service while ensuring the highest level of sales for the company.
Main Responsibilities
* Contribute to achieving the store's financial targets.
* Identify and maximize potential from each customer to increase occupancy and revenue.
* Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer.
* Ensure the store maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
* Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures for the benefit of customers and staff.
* Comply consistently with all company procedures.
