About the Job
This is an intensive housing management position that requires a high level of multiagency working. As a Home Project Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to clients, helping them to maintain their home and address the issues they are experiencing with their tenancy.
* The service you provide will focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for clients, empowering them to overcome their challenges.
* You will work closely with Housing Officers and the wider Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team to deliver effective solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Building positive relationships with tenants, identifying their strengths and aspirations, and working with them to develop personalized support plans.
* Collaborating with other agencies to ensure seamless support services for our clients.
* Maintaining accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
