New Directions Education are currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Ellesmere Port. This role is ideal for qualified teachers seeking flexible work, varied school environments, or a better work–life balance.
The Role:
• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
• Supporting students of varying abilities, including SEND and SEMH
• Providing feedback to departments and cover managers where required
• Adapting quickly to different school settings and expectations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, professional, and reliable approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
All applicants must have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check and be able to provide appropriate professional references.
