O Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, integrators, and OEMs) to expand our sales network.
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
o Develop channel partner sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
o Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies as needed.
o Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics to management.
o Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with channel partners to monitor progress and address issues and opportunities.
o Lead channel sales for our premium range of fire safety critical devices in the specification sector.
o Collaborate effectively with fellow sales team members and report directly to the Sales Director.
Requirements
o Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the Robotics, security, or related Logistics warehousing and building safety industry.
o Strong understanding of Robotics, life safety solutions, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
o Must have experience and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partnerships.
o Hungry for new business with a consultative approach.
