Duties
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specifications.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive team environment.
* Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
