Payroll Administrator - HR Experience
Location: Abingdon on Thames - 3 days onsite a week
Contract: 3 months - potential to turn permanent
Inside of IR35
Rate: £15 per hour
My client is looking for a HR Administrator with extensive payroll experience.
ROLE PURPOSE
* Provide a quality, timely, accurate, professional, and friendly service to colleagues, resolving queries professionally and promptly in a fast-paced environment.
* Serve as the first point of contact for all colleagues on employee lifecycle enquiries.
* Prepare payroll reports to send to payroll.
* Work as part of a regional and global team, collaborating with Specialists within People Operational Excellence, People team Centres of Excellence, and HR Business Partners.
* Collaborate with colleagues, candidates, and outsourced providers as needed.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
* Solid experience in a similar HR Administrator role, ideally within a large business or HR shared service environment.
* Experience of payroll processes.
* Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems, processes, and policies.
* Strong understanding of local HR employment laws per region.
* Strong HRIS skills, including data processing experience.
* Experience in a generalist HR role is beneficial.
* Experience with Salesforce, SAP HR is a plus.
