Your Role as a Supply Teaching Assistant:
* Support teaching and learning in the classroom on a short-term or day-to-day basis
* Work 1:1 with students or lead small groups to enhance engagement and understanding
* Assist with classroom routines and adapt to the needs of different learners
* Provide support to pupils with SEN, behavioural needs, or EAL where required
* Be a reliable, enthusiastic presence that schools can count on
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people in educational, childcare, or similar settings
* A proactive and confident approach to working in new and varied environments
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
