From producing permits and managing RAMs to supporting site teams and setting out, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our projects on track and our roads moving. Flexibility is key — you’ll be required to work nights, weekends, and away from home to support our teams. What You'll Do * Produce and review high-quality permits to break ground * Prepare and maintain ITP quality checks with frequent reviews * Issue and control RAMs, ensuring SSMS are in place and effective * Control and issue permits as required * Maintain accurate document control systems * Set out on site * Support site teams across the business * Review and manage site reports * Complete Health and Safety files Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Proven experience in highway engineering * Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong knowledge of CDM/Principal Contractor Duties * CSCS Black or Gold Card holder * SMSTS or SSSTS certification At Carnell we value diversity and encourage all qualified candidates to apply!
